Tony Award Winning Advice

Andre De Shields won his first TONY Award last night for his work in Hadestown. He's 73 years  old. 

The brilliant advice he shared in his acceptance speech is worth a re-read: 

1. “Surround yourself with people whose eyes light up when they see you.”

2. “Slowly is the fastest way to get to where you want to go.” 

3. “The top of the mountain is the bottom of the next mountain climb, so keep climbing.” Happy Monday. Go chase those dreams.
