Voice Gym FAQs
When can I start booking sessions?
As soon as you register for the subscription, you will receive an individual code. Using this code, you can book sessions on our online calendar.
The first day of your subscription month begins when you make the initial payment. For example, if the first payment is made on September 3, 2024, the subscription month runs from 9/3/2024 to 10/2/2024. Subscriptions do not run on calendar months.
Can I book more than WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, and it’s encouraged!
Yes, and it’s encouraged! If you want to book additional lessons, you will use the same booking procedures on our online calendar.
Remember that Voice Gym members receive one monthly lesson and Voice Gym Plus members receives two monthly lessons as part of their subscription.
You will NOT be able to use your booking code once you have used all the sessions in that period. Extra sessions are paid for upon booking.
Do my sessions roll over if I forget to book?
Unfortunately not.
Codes cannot be used outside of your subscription month, so if you do not book before the end of your scheduling window, that session will be lost.
Can I switch between teachers when I want?
Yes! Your Voice Gym membership allows you to book lessons with either teacher.
Can I attend workshops?
Yes! Voice Gym and BADassery members receive priority booking for workshops.
Can I book extra time for business strategy coaching?
Yes! Email us and we’ll get you on the schedule.
How do I book my included material review?
Each billing cycle, VG members are entitled to One Material Review.
Pick one below each month to occur outside of your lesson time:
Self tape feedback
Practice video feedback (via Marco Polo)
Audition materials review (resume, website, AA profile, agent RO, etc)
Audition book rep list
New song suggestions in your requested genre/style
You may use this feature by filling out the Material Review form on your Voice Gym Dashboard
Where do I find the vocalises library?
You can access the Vocalises Library from your Voice Gym Dashboard.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you would like to cancel your membership, you may do so within 5 days of registration. No questions asked, full refund less a 3% card processing fee.
Once 5 days have passed, you are committed for a minimum of two months. If after two months you would like to cancel, you must email us with your request. Please allow three business days before your next billing cycle for processing.
