Head and Neck Posture

Find more power in your sound by using these 3 posturing tools: 

1. NOSTRILS: Create more space in your nose by puffing out your nostrils and allow the sound  to move through that space. 

2. EAR LOBES: allow there to be more space between your ears so that there is a sense of  "hollow head". 

3. SPINE: Lengthen your upper spine (back of your neck) as if you were a marionette on a string  and being "pulled up". 

Try all three together and compare that feeling to NEUTRAL, where there is no head and neck  posture.
